Remote Desk Pro

Your first support session

Create and verify an account, then choose a paid plan when you are ready to provide support.

Use the same Windows app on both PCs. Receiving support needs no account or separate subscription.

1. Create and verify your operator account

Create an operator account with your email and password. Paste the latest six-digit email code into the same browser tab. An attempt expires five minutes after it starts; a resend replaces its code without extending the deadline. Existing users sign in. An enrolled authenticator remains required until deliberately changed through account security.

2. Choose a plan and confirm payment

Review prices, limits, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds. Choose your plan and pay on Stripe. The portal confirms your subscription after payment is processed. A Checkout return alone is not confirmation. If it is pending, continue the same checkout or check payment status; do not pay again.

3. Install and sign in

Get it from Microsoft Store

Install the app on your operator PC and the customer PC. Open Provide support → Sign in on your operator PC. If that app request timed out during setup or payment, start Sign in again from the app. Your account and subscription are saved. Never reuse an expired browser callback.

4. Pair the customer computer

In Provide support choose Pair a customer computer. On the customer PC, enter the short-lived code in Receive support, review the actual workspace and permissions, and approve once. Approval can persist after the window closes or Windows restarts. The customer can pause receiving or revoke workspace access.

5. Connect and finish

Keep the customer online with receiving enabled. Enter its computer ID in Provide support and select Connect. Either side can disconnect. The remote window closes and the main app stays open. Tray → Quit Remote Desk Pro ends outgoing support, pauses incoming support and closes the UI and tray. Closing the main window alone is not Quit.

If you get stuck

Check the account email, latest code, spam folder and subscription status. One operator computer per workspace can be signed in at a time: sign out there or choose Your signed-in computer → Disconnect device in the account portal. Payment never grants access to an unapproved customer.

Contact support with the app version, exact error and invoice reference when relevant. Do not send passwords, email codes, authenticator secrets, customer pairing codes or card details.
