Remote Desk Pro for Windows

Help customers and teammates from one Windows app.

Operators connect to paired customer PCs from one installed app. Customers review access, pause support, or disconnect when they choose.

The app is free to download from the Microsoft Store. Operator support access requires an eligible account and subscription.

A focused experience for the operator and the customer.

Built for real support sessions

A clear workflow for both sides of the connection.

Connect with approval

Pair the customer computer to your workspace once. The operator connects with its computer ID after the customer reviews and approves access.

Work in the same session

Control the remote Windows desktop, type, and share files with drag and drop or clipboard when the approved policy allows it.

End access clearly

Either participant can disconnect. The customer can pause receiving support, and the operator can quit from the tray.

How it works

Start with one pairing, then reconnect from the operator list.

  1. Install the same app on both Windows PCs.
Approve the normal Windows administrator prompt during installation.
  2. Pair the customer computer.
The operator generates a short-lived code. The customer reviews the workspace and approves it once.
  3. Connect when help is needed.
The signed-in operator enters the customer’s computer ID. The customer can pause or disconnect at any time.

For operators

Keep customer sessions close at hand.

Sign in once, reconnect from recent devices, and keep the support workflow in one Windows application.

Questions answered

What to expect before the first session.

Does the customer need an account?

No. The customer installs the app, reviews the workspace pairing request, and approves support on that computer.

Does knowing a computer ID grant access?

No. Pairing, current customer approval, workspace policy, and operator eligibility are checked before a session can start.

Can the customer stop support?

Yes. The customer can pause receiving support or disconnect an active session.

How are files transferred?

Approved sessions can use drag and drop or clipboard transfer according to the active support policy and Windows permissions.
